GM Winquest announced that 1060 additional punch cards had been sold prior to the July 22 Board meeting. These cards are freely transferable; they allow not only beach access, but enable the holder’s guest to access the beaches, as long as there is sufficient remaining value on the card. So potentially 1060 more people plus their guests have beach access.

Since the various forms of paper tickets are not being sold, this increase in sales of punch cards was likely for the use by STR guests.
